Information collected
LateLane may collect signed-in identity details, company name, company email, phone number, MC and USDOT numbers, alert preferences, listings, offers, rate-confirmation requests, reports, and activity such as listing views and calls initiated through the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the load board, verify accounts, display listings, match carriers with loads, provide requested alerts, measure listing activity, investigate fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Communications
Email and text alerts are optional. When alert delivery is activated, users may change preferences in their profile. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchasing a service, and carrier message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
Listing and company information is shared as needed to connect brokers and carriers. Information may also be disclosed to service providers operating LateLane, when required by law, or to prevent fraud, security threats, or harm. LateLane does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained as reasonably needed for operations, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users may update profile and alert preferences through the service and may request correction or deletion of eligible account information. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
Policy updates
This policy may change as LateLane adds providers and features. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date.
This starter policy should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before commercial launch, especially before SMS delivery is activated.
